On June 15th, Nik Wallenda will attempt to tightrope walk across the Niagara Gorge. This is a feat that has not been accomplished in over 100 years. June 18, 2012, will make the 200th anniversary of the start of the War of 1812. The war lasted for two and a half years and had a tremendous impact on the lives of the residents in Southern Ontario.
